Terms & Conditions

All quotations, technical specifications, and commercial proposals issued by Filltech are valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of issuance, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

An order is considered accepted and binding only upon receipt of an official Purchase Order (PO) along with the agreed advance payment, accompanied by confirmed container and product sample specifications.

Any modifications requested after receipt of advance and sign-off on design drawings may affect delivery schedules and commercial terms.

Filling speeds, dosage accuracies (e.g. ± 0.5%), and pneumatic/electrical requirements quoted are based on standard operating conditions and customer-submitted product viscosity, specific gravity, and container dimensions.

The customer is required to supply adequate physical samples of target bottles, caps, and test liquids/pastes for factory testing and trial runs at our Thane facility prior to machine dispatch.

Deviations in actual product characteristics or container tolerances from the agreed initial parameters may necessitate tooling modifications at mutually agreed costs.

Customers or their authorized representatives are invited to conduct a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) at our manufacturing facility in Wagle Industrial Estate, Thane, prior to final dispatch.

Upon successful completion of the FAT or receipt of the customer's written waiver, dispatch clearance is issued subject to receipt of the agreed pre-dispatch commercial payments.

Packaging and crating are performed using heavy-duty wooden crates suitable for domestic road transport or maritime export transit.

Filltech provides service engineers for erection, commissioning, and operator training at the customer's factory site across Maharashtra and pan-India.

Site readiness, including required electrical power supply, compressed air lines, raw material feeds, and utility connections as per the machine layout drawing, must be ensured by the customer before our engineer's deputation.

Boarding, lodging, and local transit for commissioning engineers are governed by the specific terms agreed in the commercial contract.

Filltech warrants all new machinery manufactured by us against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of dispatch or commissioning, whichever occurs earlier.

Warranty covers repair or replacement of defective mechanical parts. Commercial bought-out components (such as electrical motors, PLC/HMI units, pneumatic cylinders, sensors) carry the standard manufacturer warranty passed on directly to the customer.

The warranty does not cover normal wear-and-tear items (O-rings, silicone seals, Teflon gaskets, consumable nozzles) or damage resulting from improper utility supply, incorrect wiring, unauthorized modifications, or operator negligence.

All engineering blueprints, 3D models, pneumatic schematics, electrical circuit diagrams, and technical documentation provided by Filltech remain the intellectual property of Filltech Packaging Machines.

Drawings and documentation are provided solely for operating, maintaining, and servicing the purchased machinery and may not be duplicated or shared with third-party machinery builders.

These terms and conditions, commercial agreements, and disputes arising out of the supply of machinery or services shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any legal dispute or arbitration proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Thane / Mumbai MMR, Maharashtra, India.
